Eturn of security deposite

Don't register to bigflix.com. they don't return the security deposit they take while creating the account.

I have officially canceled my account more then 1 year ago, but never got back the deposit.

I have talked to customer service couple of times, and every time they gave me some other excuse, like, it will automatically come, it has already been sent, you have to talk to our sales team, blah blah blah...

For me the amount was just Rs 300, so I gave up. But their intentions are definitely not right.
