I bought sony lcd couple of months back & still it is in its warranty period. The inputter yellow pin was got struck & broken while fitting the same in to the panel device. we informed the same to the customer care and The Executive who visited told us that It cannot be replaced as it didn`t come under warranty and you have to buy a new panel box worth Rs. 5600/-. When my LCD is in its warranty period & pin was broken itself during its fitting then why company is not ready to change it. Kindly look in to the matter other wise I have to raise the same to higher level, I just want to replace the same from the company immediatelly without any payment
