We have been using Dish TV for the pasr 6 years. But today I'm cursing myself for

subscribing to Dish TV. Due to renovation work;the dish antenna got disturbed. We placed a

service request on 08/09.One of your technician came to attend the problem. He was not

carrying any equipment required to solve the problem. He took Rs 165.00 as service charges an

dwent away without doing anything. Since then every day we get a call from one of your

technician saying that he will be coming within an hour but never turned up. When one day we

uorselves colled him, he told us that we should place another request with the call centre. But

till today (17/09), 8:30 PM nobody turned up. Today I have got calls from your call centre

asking us confirm our details. One person even went to the extent of asking us whether we have

the necessary permission to install the antenna. This is rediculous. We are really irritated

with the callous attitude of your company towards a long standing customer. I think it is high

time we withdraw from Dish TV since this is not the first time we are treated like this. I am

not only going to withdraw my subscription, I'm also going register my complaint with TRAI.Hope

this mail gets a positive response. Pl remember DTH is not your monopoly. There are

competitors. If this is how Dish TV is going to treat its customers, I'm afraid one day you will

lose your customers.
