Pathetic Customer Service

The reason is that I am extremely dissatisfied with the after sales service. I will make sure that I inform my coworkers not to buy a Dish HD connection. The customer service is a joke. I have not been able to view any HD channels and some SD channels since almost a week now (when you consider that I got the connection only 10 days ago). After registering multiple complaints, I get an sms from them saying that you will be sending a technician on 4th of May. However, when I call the technician he says he wont come today. I call hiss boss and his boss says that he has sent the technician. The technician is then rude and yells on the phone " Whats your problem Sir? What channels are you not getting? I am too far off to come today. I will come tomorrow". After sometime, the technician and the boss both don’t answer any calls. I call their customer care and the supervisor says he will make sure to call me back. He never calls. It’s a bloody disgrace.. I leave office early to make sure I am available when the technician comes. I want a disconnection and my money back. I did not pay 3700 bucks for this. They told me that you can’t reimburse and the only option is to sell the STB for 400 bucks. It’s a freaking joke. And no, this cannot be excused. I will not be okay even if thensend a tech first thing tomorrow morning. These lot should be ashamed of themselves. 20 HD channels are of no worth. There’s no point in buying a Dish HD connection when they don’t even provide the HD channels you pay for.
