Services stopped

Hi, My Hathway Cable Services were stopped abruptly since 2 weeks. There is no reason shown by the cable Operator. he simply said the services were stopped by Hathway itself. My hathway Cable services area is Saidabad Colony. Cable Operator number is 040-32908957. Kindly suggest me, what i can do to restore the services.
