UNSERVICABLE USB PORT

HAVE PURCHASED A SONY LCD-BRAVIA SERIES IN OCT. THE USB PORT OF THE TV IS NOT PLAYING THE FILES SINCE NOVEMBER. THREE COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN GIVEN. THE TECHNICIAN COMES EVERYTIME AND PROMISES TO VISIT WITH THE CORRECT SOFTWARE BUT HAS STILL NOT RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM. IT SEEMS THE COMPANY IS JUST TRYING TO PASS TIME TILL THE GUARANTEE PERIOD GETS OVER. AM CONTEMPLATING APPROACHING THE CONSUMER COURT REGARDING THE MATTER NOW.
