I would say so far in my career I haven’t faced such an irresponsible service support and so many no of false promises from every individual I interacted…

On 04th of this month my high definition setup box didn’t not work, I tried to logged a complaint with one of the customer care executive whose voice was so arrogant which made me to ask her to transfer to escalation management team, where that person explained me patiently and logged the complaint for me as my set box was completely not working (Request # 8692335)… She promised me to send an engineer the same day by 3PM

Engineer came to my resident with a normal set box to check & replace where I have got an HD one…he blamed that customer care team doesn’t give them proper informations hence he has brought the wrong one (His name – Edwin -from Indiranagar) he left the place promising that there would another engineer visiting me next day with HD setup box to replace.

A person called me on Sunday noon and said that he is near my resident but unfortunately even he has brought the normal setup box so he will get the HD on Monday and fix it.

Monday till evening nobody turned I really got furious and called the care team again, one by name Wasim handled my called and put me across to Praveen saying his senior manager. Praveen put me on hold for 15 mins and confirmed me back that none of the service providers near my location has High Definition setup box in stock???!!! and the same will be available only on 8th Wednesday he requested me to hold on till that date. He also promised a callback on Wednesday with an update but never called me till now???

I had no other option & just had to wait…Tuesday I received 2 engineers calls from different places and asked about my issue – one person (by name Madhu from BTM layout) promised me at 11AM that within half an hour a person would replace my HD box, so I stayed at home for him to reach and change by skipping two official meeting…

Till 1.30PM nobody turned, while I called him again he said they do not have HD box right now and they will send it once they get it in stock which will be on Wednesday. Imagine how I would have felt?

I received another 2 calls from landline asking the issue and they just disconnected their phone calls immediately receiving my answer saying “Have a Gd Day, Thanks for reaching Airtel”!!!???

Mr. Edwin turned back once again on Tuesday evening with an old HD setup box while I was promised by everybody so far that I would get a new HD box replaced. While I said him the same he tried to prove that the setup box which he has got is new and the scratches found on it are just because of wear & tear… I said him “I would have taken this box if it was replaced on the same day of my complaint raised but not now since it’s been 4 days I wasted my time on this- go get me the new one” he left the place saying they don’t have any new HD boxes in stock at present.

And for your information today its 10th Day completely passed with ZERO resolution!!!

In this regards I have only had wrong commitments with everyone who spoke to me and without any resolution so far… is this the kind of services your team provides just because the product’s values are less???

And the best part is TILL DATE MY DAILY RENTAL IS BEING CHARGED from my account.
