Airtel DTH
Reg.installation of new Airtel DTH

Hi,

I applied for Airtel DTH online.

I showed some interest on a airtel DTH website and next morning I was contacted by an agent from Vriti Infocom and he stayed online with me till i transferred money from my online account. he promised that an Airtel Engineer will come in the evening and install Airtel DTH and also activate it before he leaves.

But its been 3 days now. No one has come to me. Vriti people do not answer my phone call.

I am affraid that they might have cheated me and taken my money.

my payment slip No. is 11683 dated 18-03. what should i do now?
