Dear Sir,

This is further to our complaints on Airtel DTH Customer Care centre vide reference no. 19314403 dated 01/06, 19434672 dated 05/06 and 19485730 dated 07/06 and regular follow ups with engineer, our problem has not been resolved yet. It has been observed on each call either at customer care or to engineer no one is able to understand our problem and not able to give suitable reply. Yesterday, on 6th June, an engineer vide mobile no. 880013781 called up at 12:15 noon time and he was requested to come between 6 to 6.30 in the evening and to which he agreed. He didn't even bothered to at least call us if he is not coming. Today, 7th June, when I again called him at 8.48 am, he replied that he will reach within half-an-hour. At 10.48 I again called him thrice to which he was trying to disconnect the call and at fourth time when he received my call, he said he is nearby and is reaching. When he didn't reached till 11:15, I again tried to call him, but his phone was not reachable.

Finally I have to again call at customer care, where I got a shocking reply, that the guy is supposed to reach at 3.30 pm today. When I requested her to please put time at 6.10 or 6.15 pm, she was not trying to understand our problem and started asking me again and again that when he will call you at 3.30pm, please convey him the time directly. Now she gave me the number (8800567567) of the person who was suppose to come on Saturday, 2nd June.

Now can anyone help me please, since we are not able to watch tv since 1st June and today is 7th June.
