Short Refund received

I have filed a TDR for PNR No 1246692725. I have filed TDR but only Rs 176 refunded. I have filed the TDR for all the five passangers who have not travelled.

The value of booked ticket was Rs 1683 and all the passengers not travelled.

IRCTC is making people fool.

pls help me
