I have an account with Bank of Baroda, Nellore Branch in andhra pradesh SB A/C.NO: 0980010005454.
On 21-11-09 I placed a request for issue of new cheque book with 20 leaves as I was in need for purchasing a vehicle under hire purchase scheme. I have a fair dealing with the bank. The concerned officer refused to issue stating that SB account holders are entitiled to have cheque book with 10 leaves only according to the bank rules.
I would like to know under which rule/act he refused to isue me the cheque book desired. Please furnish the rule concernin to this.
