this to inform you that we had 2 landline no. of airtel with a broadband connection. i.e 4639135 & 4634135.
and 4634135 is disconnected from last 3 years.but, you keep on adding our bill of 4634135 with the broadband connection although 4634135 is not WORKING. i request you to check and confirm what is the problem because there is a fault from your side. please look out for a solution to this problem as soon as possible. i repeat i have broadband connection with 4639135 and i pay the bill of this no. regularly but, 4634135 is disconnected from past 3 years. if u still think its our fault and we are not good customers then you may cut our connection. please make out a solution so that it may not create any problem in future.
