I am Airtel customers for 3 years and I am paying my bills and due on time.
Till few days back I was happy customer of Airtel who recommend people for
using it and I also have another prepaid number.
But I am shocked when I seen the bill.
I have few objection /protest in this bill.
1.There are ISD charges had been charged on my account on 31 Jan 9:47
AM to 07:23 PM . The main thing is that I hadn't seen that number before. The ISD number was '003598815406106' .Another important thing is that another airtel customer also launch a complaint against his ISD charges on the same number.
Till now I took following actions :
...
a. When I came to know about these ISD calls by your customer care executive
then I asked him to deactivate the ISD service and he deactivated that on
21/02 .
b. I have lauch complaint against the bill but they were saying the same thing again and again.
