Laziness shown by customer care

I am using airtel GPRS since 1 yr... but from past one month I m getting GPRS problem... while downloading from any website... Actualy i am not able to download any stuff since a month...

I made complaint in this regard to customer care... they told me they fix this issue in 24 working hrs... but its abt 240 hrs crossed {LOL}. And still they are not taking my problem seriously...

When i call customer care to know my complain status... they banned my voice call to customer care...

What the hell airtel is doing with customers... If they are not able to solve the issue then they better shut the customer care...
