This not the first time I have been looted by Airtel, its customer care is hell, executive are crook cheating innocent people, they 'll start fake/useless so called value added service without customers permission and are so clever they wont even send u sms about the activation of that service and if you send sms to stop that service you would get " no service is activated on Ur number" this happened with me several time and when I called customer care got a very stupid answer like u pressed so n so button / visited airtel live bla bla . so what if I visited airtel live it was never mentioned there that if one visit it ll get xyz service activated automatically. when I asked that question to the customer care executive he said sorry " ab aap kaya chahtein hai" I said credit my account... he asked me to hold d phone and disconnected the line immediately.. after that I tried for at least 10 times but nobody picked my phone plus every time I had been charged 50 paise (an additional penalty of rs. 5), such is the condition of so called no. 1 telecommunication company in India.. I am changing my service provider.. people blame politicians every time.. they first need to introspect themselves .. Airtel Sucks..
