I had placed my order online for Puja Thali and a promised free Reebok watch on Bag It Today website on September 30 (Booking Id 998757906). However, even after more than 4 weeks (almost a month) from the date of placing my order, I have not yet received my order from them in spite of my repeated emails and phone calls.
Today again, I tried calling on their phone no. for customer enquiries, but there is hardly anyone to receive the call. I have spent a lot of money and time trying to reach these people through phone, but after the IVR response, no one picks up the phone.
This is indeed fradulent and demands action. Now, I have asked them to cancel my order and refund me my money back as Bag It Today has failed to deliver the order in the promised time. I also request public at large to think before placing their orders on Bag It Today. They will show huge discounts on their website, but when it comes to delivery after you pay the money, there is hardly any action.
