Dear Sir,
I am Arunkumar. S. I having account in Axis Bank. My account number is 909010033845958.
My account is Salary account. Its Zero balance account. No need to maintain minimum balance.
But they have deducted Rs 738.27 as Lien balance. I called them and asked regarding this lien balance.
But they are not properly responding to me. I sent email to RMI [ within my netbanking account ]. They
asked me to send mail to concern manager. Again i sent mail to concern manager. But he is not
responding.
I kindly request you to take necessary action against them.
Note: Email which i have sent to RMI:
Dear Sir/Madam,
My account is debited with Rs 738.27 as lien balance.
I dont know why it was debited. My account is salary account. its zero balance account. But its debited RS 738.27 from account.
I Kindly request you to revert back as soon as possible.
