Refund not received for cancelled orde

Dear Arunima,

I am very sorry to inform you that the parcel for Booking id 880152362 was shipped through Blue Dart from your office on 01.10.2010 and now till 30 days it is lyong in the office of Blue Dart to redeliver to your office. My order was cancelled on 23.08.2010 and this parcel was shipped after 40 days and still it is with Blue Dart. I am giving here below the tracking reesylts for the same.

The above paercel is sent by mistake from your office and still it is not being cleared from the courier just to kill time dispite several reminders to your office with tracking result as mentioned here above. Please let me know when I will be getting my refund for the above parcel. or this parcel will never get cleared from the courier. I do not understand a reputed courier like Blue Dart is holding the parcel for one month.

The above booking numbers are given to me before 20 days i.e. on 11.10.2010 and these parcels were received back by your office on 11.09.2010 so the refund request was generated by your office after one month from the receipt of refused parcels. and now it is another 20 days and you are still asdking me to wait for another 10 to 12 days to get my refund.

It is almost 67 days now but still I am waiting to get my refund. I do not understand how the office is functioning and your telemarketing department assures the customer the refund in 45 days but the mmarketing department fully process the orders dispite of cancelled orders and ships the material after 40 days and the parcel is dtuk at the courier office for one month for no reason and the customer has no choice but to keep patience and gets a roiutine reply "We have forwarded your comnplaint to the concerned department". I do not understand what this concerned department is doing since more than two months? I had also spoken with Mr. Kapilji but it seems it was only a fake assurance from your office to give me my refund.
