Wrong commitment

I started my services with them on feb with commitment that due to my touring job I during my service discontinue my service as and when required, but now when I phone them or mail them about my stopping service they refuse, I only warn the persons who want to join service must assure by getting assurance mail from them because they always linger on you in case you want mailed assurance. India itself is very large many of us fall prey to false telephonic assurances by operaters and its true and we realize our mistake lateron when we have already deposited our precious money to them.
