I am mirza bahrul Islam and using mobile no 9864150815 of reliance. On last month I requuest through customercare to change my monthly rental and excess bill amount regarding R-world and Net connection. In this respect I received confirmation about net disconnection and change of my rental and Rs 100/- would be adjust on next bill. But in the month of April when I see my Bill amount I got amaze that again the Net connection and R-world Bill is included which was confirmed to disconnect from my mobile and the Rs 100/- is not adjusted. I have not use R- world and net was also disconnected. hence I request to correct this bill at once.
