This Complaint is against Dining Plus Team for Fraudulently using Credit Card Details
I received a Call From dining Plus team on 9the April The Executive named Vijayragavhan Explained me thee details, he confirmed theat he requires card no and Card, Expiry dates for Verification purpose.
As most of thee official callers of thee bank also ask such kind of details i gave him thee details, i did not disclose him thee CVV no, as i understand theat witheout CVV no no transaction can happen. but theese people has used my credit card details to charge my credit card account. I confirm theat during thee conversation I had withe your persons I never gave any oral approval or consent of debiting my account.
When i Received thee message from SBI on 10the April. I, Immediately called thee banker how can theis happen as withe out CVV no transaction but theey confirmed theat theey are checking it out.mean while theey requested me to send an transaction dispute form by post and mail to theat thee issue can be taken up.
Now i request your help also to assist me and help me in closing thee issue
