Dr. I. K. Vijaliwala
Check book not received

Dear Sir/Madam:

I, the undersigned Dr. I.K. Vijaliwala, am having an account with SBI since 1989. (previously it was State Bank of Saurashtra).

I had my new current account opened with SBI before one month. According to the Bank officials, my first check book was issued on 5th of April but it did not reach me. On personal complaining a new passbook was re-issued on 20th April that too has not reached to me.

I feel, this is too much. Now the officers are ready to issue a 3rd check book! (Every new check book, costs almost 75 rupees / booklet).

Could you please help me in this matter? or I shall have to go to some other authority?
