I, Nisha Rani had requested for my account activation (in my net banking scheme) since 20 days, despite my efforts of chasing the officers of the Powai branch (where my account is held) there has been no progress for the same. Instead I have just been receiving the false promise of 24 hr activation for 3 times consecutively in a week. I would therefore request you to please take strict action for the same as it is causing me great inconvience.

when contacted the relationship manager, accounts opening officer and an officer named Chirag for the same they have simply failed to deliver what they said and I am really disappointed. Please help.
