WRONG TRANSACTION

Dear Sir,

I have saving bank account at ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE, JHANSI, District-JHANSI, UTTAR PRADESH, PIN-284003. Earlier on 03rd NOV at around 08:07 AM in the MORRNING I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000 from ATM id D1222300/67 near PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, SIPRI BAZAR, JHANSI, UTTAR PRADESH, but the transaction failed with error and the balance had been deducted. The transaction cannot be completed. When I used another nearby ATM, I was surprised to see that for my attempt at PNB ATM ID no. D1222300/67, Rs. 5000 transaction have been deducted from my account, thus incurring on me a loss.
