Credi card gift not given

I have been promised to get VIP travel bag with HDFC platinum card, today I received the card without the bag. When I called the lady who contacted me for the Card, she says she will raise my concern with her manager and as ususal today her manager is not available.

Best way is to cut the card in small pieces and get rid of it.
