Wrong booked name

Dear sir,

I purchased a bike (baja pulsar 150 cc) on 03.03.10.But the agency booked vechile with wrong name (surname was left) as well as in Registration Certificate. I requiest (ESPEE ENTERPRISES INDIA, ARY NAGAR, JAWALAPUR, HARIDWAR) to him please correct this.but they have not responding sinc long time. What i do?
