My vehicle “Bajaj Pulsar 150CC DTS-I” PY 01 AZ 5224 Ch. No: MD2DHDHZZSCJ79178, Eng No.: DH6BSJ69794 purchased & delivered on 04.01.2010. I found in my Vehicle when it got puncture I notice manufacture fault in the rear wheel hub has the infected part formation of burr in the rear wheel due to unfinished turning in the lathe or blow hole it would lead to a wobble or crack in future and acted on the risks have been delivered and install on my vehicle, though I complained that to registered for replacement for rear wheel on 28 01 2010 in your Authorised vehicle dealers & workshops recommended Authorised Service Centers Aakash Automobiles Private Limited, Pondy I was yet to get any information from the Service center. They voluntarily obscure the inordinate delay on the part of decision the vehicle remains off road for a longer duration for more than a week I have to wait still I get clearance from your head quarters Service Department Bajaj Auto Limited, Akrudi, Pune
I urge you to entrust all these complaint in your Authorised vehicle dealers who is able to repair solve the infected parts easiest way to check and eliminate the problem no possible care and replacement has been taken to Ensure the quality in respect of the material part as found on examination have manufacturing defect to genuine parts. In the Center Untrained manpower especially the Service Engineer and the Mechanic questioning unnecessarily what it do’s if it run like this & it is rubber bush coating it will go with petrol wash and further for your benefit you have purchased the vehicle from pondy hailing from Neyveli (Tamil Nadu) and No Company free New Year offer (non stick Tawa) is given for vehicle purchased & delivered on 04.01.2010 this led to heated altercation and no best care for my bike and offer me long and trouble free experience from this center.
