I bought my pulsar on 30 AUGUST & on 2nd day itself it started leaking due to float-pin problem. At service center even after changing the pin the leakage continued. They then did minute adjustments to the float-pin holder/hook (infront of my eyes) & that doesnt sound good for me, as it was just adjustment and not detail study of the problem. Then within 1 week i got the chain problem which i fixed at service center and now my bike is JUST 15 days old & While shifting to 5th gear the bike takes time. Even after changing to 5th gear & releasing full clutch it doesnt shift to 5th gear and then after 1-2seconds it suddenly shifts to 5th gear thus making a wheeli like situation.
Please help me as how to aproach the company authority and get the problems fixed.
As my bike is new and not even a singal servicing is done hope i can claim for part replacement or even can claim for bike replacement as its a manufacturers side (MAJOR) defect.
Please help me in this to contact the higher level authorities of Bajaj.
