I went to exchange a shirt at brand factory abids Hyderabad and when i returned back after half an hour i saw that my bike's speed o meter and plug where missing. upon asking the security personnel about my bikes parts, he refused to answer and pushed me and my brother. i request the authority to take necessary action on the personnel and pay me the damages. i request the authorities to take action against the mall manager Mr Emanuel George who refused to listen to us and pushed us. this is not a way to treat the customers. all i need is an apology along with the damages amount since it was caused by negligence of the management and the security personnel.
