Non refund of ticket money

I booked to n fro tickets from an internet kiosk in Krishna Park, Vikaspuri, under Tatkal category for journey from New Delhi to Chakki Bank by Swaraj Express 2471 on 26.05.2009.PNR No-8521357664 class-3a, B-1/0030/UB.However, d train was cancelled and d journey could not b performed. I m still waiting for d refund of my money. D kiosk owner says d Railways are yet to refund d money so he can't refund d same yet. Pl.get my hard earned money back!
