Complaint :- I have purchased my bike in CASH and i was supposed to get my RC book from RTO in 1 month of time, But till date the owner of the ferm is not providing me RC book of my bike. I have been more than 20-30 times to meet him but every time he makes different reasons and says come after few days. I have wasted lots of money in this matter.
