With the reference Trip ID No- 1105232458, I had booked Kingfisher flight with return from Pune-Delhi. On 7th June I had cancelled Delhi to Pune trip after taking confirmation from the airline that 750 rs. would be deducted by the airline and Clear Trip mentioned that 300 rs would be deducted by the them. I had informed the airline and clear trip that I had got return fare discount and promotional discount offered on HDFC Credit Card.
After cancellation I had got a response from Clear trip that within 2 working days Clear trip would get back to let me know the amount that would be returned to me and with 10-14 working day money would be reflected on card. Till now there has been no further communication from Clear Trip. Its been more than 2 months. and I am still awaiting for response on how much amount I would get.
I made the first call on 20th June and was informed that within 5 days they would get back to me. I waited for 2 weeks but there was no communication then I made a call on 1st of July and I was told it would further take 8-10 days because their IT team is working on it. Later I dropped an email stating this whole scenario and got no response from the cleartrip.com.
Recently I was informed that Cleartrip is still waiting to get the refund from the Kingfisher Airline but when I checked with the Airline I have been told that nothing is pending from their side.
Could you please do the needful to get the money refunded from the website.
