Dear Sir,
I have booked air ticket from Makemytrip.com thru internet on 9 december for the date 26-oct from chandigarh to mumbai thru booking id number NF251402031098 and this ticket has been cancelled on 20th -march. The cancellation ID given to me was IN1103R0100004.
After many repeated complaints they asked my bank account details, which i had sent as per there requirements on 24/7. Afterward they assure to resolve the issue in 72 working hours but still not able to meet the commitment.
I have checked the refund status through internet that my ticket was showing in cancelled status and refund amount due was showing on 6th-Aug.
After many compalint, makemytrip.com is not ready to refund my money.
