DTDC
Delivery not on time

Hi

Please note we had sent a courier (Tracking Number - Z12473451) from Lucknow to Dehradun on 27th May which has still not reached its destination address. Today is the 7th day from dispatch and we have still not got the parcel.

My question is - "Is DTDC credible enough to be called a courier service".

I expect full refund of the charges given to DTDC and also some strict action to be taken against the company for such a callous attitude.
