I am expecting a courier (M57122601) posted at Mumbai on 22nd Sept.
Hopefully it will be delivered.
However, wanted to alert all that that donot get impressed by long list of helpline nos displayed in their website (dtdc.in). Non of them works . e.g. in Gurgaon some 7/8 nos are displayed. The mobile nos - nobody picks up whereas the landline numbers are either non-functional or wrong number (one number belongs to a restaurant).
The meesage is: be prepared to trek to their offices (mostly in filthy/commercial locations) in case you want to speak to anyone.
Rather stay away from this
