I had sent a courier to my brother on rakhi to chennai last monday (8 August). But the courier has not reached till yet and on tracking the order shows a miss route.
The DTDC office guys behaved rudely and didnot responded to the complaint. Also no effort was made either to get back the packet (courier) or deliver the same. It is 10 days fromthe delivery but there is no track of the order.
I visited and gave a written complaint on 12 august and 16 august to atleast get back the same but they denied me and said there shall be no reversals.
