DTDC /Sony Ipod
Material lost while delivery

My friend had send sony Ipod from Gurgaon to Navi mumbai from DTDC Courier shipment no:-Z21084072.

But when it reach to me, inside box nothing was there & the courier boy who delivery has handover to my watchman & himself sign on paper & went away. eventhough my family was present at home.

When told to DTDC courier (Manager Tushar) Mumbai Apex, he told they are looking into matter but till date no update on my material.

sometime they say u can go ahead & do what ever u want to do... we have delivery the material.

Also there are not in mood to response to reply to my mail...

Material was send on 28/09...
