Debited amount twice for single ticket from creadit card

Hi,

I was going to attend a funeral to ahmedabad, of my father on 15th Feb. And in such a tragic and demise situation I was cheated by GoAir airlines. I booked a ticket from telephone from Bangalore to ahmedabad of Go air airlines with PNR number:- I5BYVV. I got the ticket with status "confirmed" in my email. I got confirmation of amount debited from my HDFC bank as well. I also called airlines just before reaching airport to confirm the ticket, and i have been told that it is confirmed.

But when i reached airport at the counter I have been informed that my ticket is not complete since the amount is been declined from my Bank. I was shocked, i was anyways in a hurry and had no clue what to do, thankfully one friend was with me to support, and gave the card to airliness to counter to get it swiped. Later when i called my bank it is been told that amount is approved twice from bank side and it is been debited twice from my credit card.

Now my bank statement says I have been transacted twice. Airlines people are not helping. It seems I have been cheated, since I have got one ticket and paid twice (two tickets).

I have been calling airlines from my roaming cell phone and spent a good amount of money but got no result.
