Non receipt of Refund

Dear sir,

this is to bring in your notice that I have cancelled 2 e-tickets of Go-Air vide PNR no. is OZR984 on 3rd Dec the refund details are as follows:

As per their service TAT the amount must have got credited back to my account within 7 days. But till date I am waiting for the funds to be credited back to my credit card. I have tried so many times to call them up on the customer care desk but every time they put my call on hold for 30-40 minutes then after the call automatically gets disconnected.

I hereby seek your assistance in getting my money back, I will highly oblidged.
