No avrage, start problem, no good free service

I purchase Hero Honda splendor Pro motorcycle on April. Till the date of purchase the motorcycle give me very difficulty in starting. Bike give no average and dealer not response me. I send legal notice through my advocate but company and Dealer Morani Motors not satisfy to me.
