Delay of bike after full paidment

Respected sir,

I booked a honda shine bike before two months but i didnt get my bike yet. I booked in madurai lakshmi honda tamilnadu. The general manager and the sales manager doesnot respond properly i need my bike. or my full paid ment of the amount i have paid. I request the concern authorities to take action against this at the earliest. I paid the money at a great risk. I am deeply wounded by the reply the dealer gives.
