Non refund of ticket

Sir,

Refund of Rs 2105/ againnst cancelled/rerouting of train No 2904 on 07 jul due to flooding in ambala train did not come to Saharanpur hence self and wife who are sr citizen had travelled all the way from dehradun to catch above train had to cancel journey and faced hardship. Cancellation of ticket not accepted by rly stn SRE/DDN on returning.application alongwith original ticket (pnr No 220-7992596) was fwd toDy CCM RefundNorth rly Varanasi on 09 jul 10 and has been ack. Refund not yet made despite reminders.
