Hi,
I had booked two e-tickets through irctc for date 21-10, Pnr no. 8258362248 and 29-10, pnr no 6459086985 . I got email from IRCTC saying that those tickets have been successfully booked.
When my travel date came close, due to some reason I wanted to cancel those tickets (Surely before the chart preparation). However, I found that those tickets were not available on booked history tab. Due to this reason I was not able to cancel my tickets.
Now its 2-3 days passed above the journey date. I have mailed to [email protected] about this issue.
IRCTC is saying that i should file TDR for the refund.
But if I go for TDR filling, my major amount will be deducted, although there has been no fault from my side.
I request irctc to please understand this situation and refund the whole amount of my tickets.
I will be able to provide what ever proofs irctc requires for this.
Can people from consumer complaints help me for justice.
