I had booked a E- ticket (05 person) on 26.11.2009 in 3AC to travel from MUGHAL SARAI JN to ASIDIH JN .
Ticket details are given bellow:

Date of Journey: 15.02.2010
Train No: 3006
No of Person:5
From: MUGHAL SARAI JN (MGS)
To: JASIDIH JN (JSME)
Ticket Amount: Rs. 2610
On that day Train was late for more then 13 Hr. So I didn't travel and applied for TDS on 17.02.2010. I got refund Rs: 1028 on 23.02.2010.But Train was late for more then 13 hr and as per rule I have to get my full refund i.e Rs. 2610 . Regarding this I talk and mail to to customer care several time but the same response that it is under process. It's already over one year and IRCTC is enjoying my money. Will IRCTC give some reason that why this happen to me??
