Lost checked in baggage

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is A. Chandra Sheker Reddy, MD, JD Import Export S.A. I am regular traveller by Indigo airlines. This time i.e. on 22.11.2010 I have checked-in my baggage at around 5.10 p.m. in NEW DELHI, AIRPORT, PNR NO.F8U3LD, Fligh no.6E307. It was 11 kgs. I got the luggage acknowledgement sticker and I reached my destination at Hyderabad at 10.40 pm. I was surprised to know that my bag did not come. I immediately reported to the INDIGO manager on duty. He has taken the aknowledgement of the checked in bag and he gave me "PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT", Complaint no.20101122/M/HYD/02.

Today is 25/11, till now I have called the Indigo staff at Hyderabad Airport several times and also the Toll free no. 1 800 180 38 38 and urged to find my bag. Till now their is no news.

There are many things in my bag. Now I am suffering with out them. My work also delayed.

I will very thankful, if you please take necessary action on urgent basis and get my bag immediately.
