I vasuthevan took aflight back from del to chennai on 19th., april.once arrived i found one bag missing, possibly swap by mistake by another passenger, i made a complainfor the lost bag at the chennai int airport, My bag ref 9W979130 brown bag with jenarthanan tag (my son) name on it. Brand dunlop. I was assured to go back to malaysia and the jet air at chennai will sent the back to me the next day once they trace the taker.
True enough they manage to contact my taker and he returned the bag to jets about 11.45pm the same day by which time i already left to my home by a connecting flights air asia at 12 midnight without this particular bag.
The missing bag was sent to malaysias by assurance that someone will get in touch with me to return the bag to my house, all my particulars was taken. I contacted the malaysia airline missing cargo and they confirmed thay bag whas arrived but with different tag KUL9w12701 under my son Jenarthanan name.
So far no one contacted me, i cant claim the bag myself because it carries a different ref number.please inform the Jet airline in Kul to help me get the bag, My name Vasuthevan hp 0193594321.
