No refund for my cancelled e-ticket by Kingfisher Airlines.

I had cancelled my flight from Dubai to Bangalore dated 3rd April. The PNR No: BTBMSE, E-ticket no.: 0902471209123 and the flight was IT46. I had cancelled vide ref: 0900470441625 on 5th March. As informed by the customer care executive the refund was supposed to get credited to my account within 5 to 10 working days. It has been more than 20 working days now and the amount has not been credited to my account. Whenever I approach them they only keep giving me new dates but not the refund.

I have also written a number of mails to mails to [email protected] and to [email protected] but all in vain. I did not receive even a single response from their end. It’s really very disappointing and upsetting. The customer care executives are non-responsive and misleading. I am not able to digest that there is nobody who can take charge of these small things.
