Numerous rescheduling and cancellation of flight from airlines side

Dear Sir,

I booked a ticket with following details -

Destination: Kolkata to Guwahati (Non-Stop)

Flight# IT2533 scheduled on 5/11 at 13.30

Airlines PNR: FQIYCD

The flight got scheduled twice till 2/11 and as per the last scheduling they broke the journey in two parts - Kol-Imphal and Imphal-Guwahati.

Rediculously on 2/11 I got an sms from the airlines stating that the flight from Kol-Imphal is cancelled and no rescheduling was done, no alternate arrangement was done. No intimation on whether the money has been refunded or not. Adding to that, the airlines stated that the flight from Imphal-Guwahati is confirmed.

Its an utter nonsense and irrespnsible attitude from the airlines parts as no body is responsing on the given contact nos of the airlines or the travel agent.

Complaint is against both of them.
