I am Ajit Dubey and was trying to book an air ticket from Ahmedabad to Delhi on 21.10.2011 using makemytrip website through HDFC net banking. But due to some problem my ticket could not be booked while an amount of Rs. 11, 304/- was deducted from my HDFC bank account.
As discussed with their help line and i sent scanned copy of my HDFC account statement showing transfer of money to makemytrip on 21.10.2011.
After that i have spoken to their helpline around 10 times but neither satisfactory answer is given nor the money is refunded till date.
