MARUTI WAGON-R LXI DUO
DENIAL OF EXTENDED WARRANTY AT KTL RAEBARELI WORKSHOP

Dear sir,

My wagon-R Lxi duo UP33- L -9888 is under extended warranty cover upto 29.08.2010 it was handed over to KTL Raebareli for rectification of starting problem on 12.06.2010 and was delivered on 18.06.2010 with a bill of Rs. 8500/- denying claim of extended warranty for repairs and spares. The vehicle still have technical overheating faults after repairs at KTL Raebareli, which was again repaired for same job at KTL alambagh lucknow (handed over on 08.07.2010 and delivered on 16.07.2010) with a bill of Rs. 4502 /-for same job. Total amount 8500 4502=13002 was paid by me, The vehicle was under continuous inspection of these two workshops for which a hefty amount of fuel was beared by me during continuous diagnostic process. Claim for extended warranty needs to be allowed and Refund of excess amount is requested at the earliest, otherwise the goodwill of maruti udyog ltd. will be in question? if payment made by me will not refunded to me at earliest by KTL pvt. Ltd.
